ESINGAPORE, Julayi 13 (Reuters) – ISingapore isungule uhlelo lwayo lokuqala lokugcina amandla ebhethri (i-BESS) ukuze ilawule ukusetshenziswa okuphezulu kakhulu endaweni enkulu kunazo zonke emhlabeni yokuthutha izitsha.
